SWIMMING POOL:

No lifeguard,

Under 16 must have adult supervision

Swim wear only,

NO lotions or oils

Shower before entering pool,

No glass containers

Swimming diapers for toddlers

LAUNDRY: Open 6:00 am – 10:00 pm

PORTABLE CLOTHESLINE: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm

RESTROOMS SHOWERS:

Ten minute time limit be courteous

Do not waste paper products or water

Keep clean

No Dishes

Closed from 11:00 am – Noon for cleaning

RUBBISH: Has to be placed in garbage bags before putting in bins provided PLEASE RECYCLE

HOLDING TANKS: Required to use proper chemicals

CREEK:

The Middle Fork of the Catfish Creek is designates as a water way of the United States of America and shall be treated as such. Removal of plants, trees, or limbs whether dead or alive will be implemented in accordance with the jurisdiction of the The United states Army Corps of Engineers. Strict penalties or fines could be imposed upon violators.

NO CONTAMINATES OF ANY NATURE IN OR AROUND CREEK BED OR BANKS!

REFUNDS: No refunds due to weather, voluntary departure or misconduct.

SEASONAL SITES: May 1st thru October 1st

No Access before or after

Fees due April 1st and October 1st (determines next year’s reservations)

Responsible for damages to surroundings.

Removable fire rings

DECKS: Not to extend beyond 8 ft and easily disassembled

ORNAMENTS: Subject to manager’s approval

STORAGE SHED: Subject to manager’s approval

TENTS:

Can be erected on seasonal sites – no more than 4 occupants

Limited to 2 rooms – primitive fee

SUB LEASING: Not allowed. Non residents may use rented site with Lessee’s permission at regular daily rate.

CAMPGROUND RULES: All other rules also apply to seasonal residents.
